For this fourth and last episode, I have invited Comfort Ball, a gastronomy oriented art collective organised by visual artist and performer Bin Koh and Sumin Lee. In their recent work, they share the idea of westernization in food culture and recipes, otherness, repetition of labour and food storage. During this episode, they will take you to a virtual tea ceremony and talk about the branding of tea in Europe.
